Decolonize Immaterial Territories
Bernardo Mançano Fernandes (Universidade Estadual Paulista – UNESP)
The sovereignty of thought and the creation of spaces are essential relations for the construction of autonomous knowledge. The idea and the concept are two immaterial territories used in this process and are conceived from the perspective of dialogue and freedom. The subordination of thought and the impossibility of theoretical debate are barriers to be overcome in the decolonization of knowledge.
